“What we think, we become.” Buddha.

I couldn’t fully comprehend this before. I wish I did a few years earlier…:) (No regrets though)

We are creating our reality, our life, by our beliefs. And we create our beliefs with our every-day thoughts.

Why not take control of our lives? It is not as hard as it seems, but it takes some practice. Below are the action steps in the nutshell. Of course, it takes a little deeper digging and analyzing:

  • Audit your daily thoughts and emotions
  • Figure out your patterns
  • Create a plan for negative thoughts and emotions interrupts
  • Substitute it with positive thoughts and actions; something that makes you feel good; something you want to happen; something you want to become…
  • Practice
  • Celebrate

It is that simple. Take one week and try it out for yourself. It is absolutely worth it. Don’t try to prove me wrong, try to prove me right.:) It was Napoleon Hill who said that “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”

Take some action today. You deserve to live a Happy Life!
