What I’m Feeling Grateful For…

What I’m Feeling Grateful For…

It’s almost Thanksgiving Day. This is the time of the year, (hopefully, not the only time 🙂 ) when we focus on Gratitude and being Thankful.

I think that one thing all of us can agree on is that it has been a very rough year for everyone.

Everyone will remember 2020 forever. We will remember it as one of the toughest and challenging years ever. And despite all of these challenges – we have made it to, almost, the end of the year.

So as we head into Thanksgiving Day tomorrow, I think we should take the time to reflect on what has been good in our lives, what we are grateful for.

Reflecting back on this year, I can say that I’m feeling especially grateful for all of you! For being able to write my posts, for being able to help people with the things I have personally struggled with. I have been finally living my purpose this past year. 🙂 And I am so Thankful!!!

I am Grateful for being alive! I am Grateful for my healthy body and mind! I am Grateful for my family, friends, and my clients!

What has been a blessing in your life? What are you grateful for?

And if you are struggling to find something you are grateful for – I understand. I know it has been very uneasy for almost everyone this year. But there must be something in your life you can be thankful for: The sunshine outside your window; that you have hopefully both feet and hands; that you can see; that you woke up today…

This is the season for gratitude. And if you are struggling, or scared or angry, remember that Gratitude destroys fear and anger. You cannot be angry and grateful at the same time.

Whatever we focus on – becomes our reality. If all we are focusing on how ‘screwed up’ this year is, we get more frustrated and angry. But if instead, we are focusing on what we are grateful for – we get more to feel grateful about. What we expect – we tend to find. And it becomes a Self-Fulfilling prophecy for us.

So, what can you do to make this holiday season special and amazing? Maybe even make this the greatest holiday of your life? Let’s break the pattern of this year and wrap up with Love, Joy and Gratitude!

Wishing You the Blessing of Happiness, Love, Joy and Success! May the good things of life be yours in abundance not only at Thanksgiving but throughout the coming year.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
