As I got on my self-discovery path, I started digging and getting to know myself. And what I have discovered then, that success was at the top of my values list. That is what drove me; that was my main priority. Of course, were there other items on my values list, but success was the main one.

At the beginning of my self-exploration, I had no idea that you can change your values, and automatically change your life. All the decisions you make will drastically change once you shift your values. Someone who is primarily driven by success would live a completely different life from someone who is driven by adventure, or from someone who is driven by love.

To make a long story short, my number one value nowadays is health. And I can tell you firsthand, that this is a much more meaningful and pleasant life.

Don’t ever put your health on the backburner. If you don’t have health – you don’t have anything. Even with all the riches in the world, without health, it will not be enjoyable.

Think about your life and your health. How would you rank it on a scale from 1 to 10? Do you like where you are? If your answer is yes, what can you do to increase it by 1 point? What can you do to increase it by a half of point? What can you do today to improve your health?
